Service Agreement
Each project is initiated with a formal service agreement that outlines key terms, including:

Client Obligations
To ensure smooth and timely service execution, clients are expected to:
- Provide unrestricted access to the designated site(s)
- Share complete and accurate project-related information
- Cooperate during assessments, inspections, or scheduled work
Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in project delays, additional charges, or termination of services.
Liability & Indemnity
- We take all reasonable precautions, but cannot eliminate all risks. Our liability covers only damages directly resulting from our negligence.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by third parties or incorrect data provided by clients.
- Clients agree to indemnify us against any losses due to misinformation.
Cancellation & Termination
Services may be terminated under the following conditions:
- Client breach of contract
- Force majeure
- Mutual written agreement (typically with 15–30 days’ notice)
Confidentiality & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and:
- Do not share personal data without consent
- Adhere to Singapore’s PDPA guidelines
- Use secure, cloud-based systems for storing data
